LumenCanvas — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LumenCanvas (the “App”), provided by DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify account and be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes on the Shopify store or stores where you install it. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App or its services.
• Use the App for illegal, infringing, or unauthorized activities.

What the App Does

The App lets you create and display product labels, badges, trust icons, highlights, and banners on your storefront, with targeting and scheduling rules that decide where and when each element appears.

The App is delivered as a Shopify theme app extension and renders through an app embed that you turn on and off in your own theme editor. We do not edit, overwrite, or delete your theme files. The App does not hold the write_themes permission and makes no write calls to Shopify's Asset API.

We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, conversion, revenue, or other commercial result.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Shopify account and staff access.
• Ensuring that everything you publish through the App — label text, uploaded images, claims made in badges or banners — is accurate, lawful, and compliant with Shopify's policies and with the advertising, consumer-protection, and pricing-disclosure laws that apply to you.
• Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Claims such as discounts, scarcity, urgency, or trust statements are content you author and publish. We provide the display mechanism; we do not verify the accuracy of what it displays.

Your Content

Your content stays yours. Label text, uploaded images, and configuration you create in the App remain your property. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the App for your store — nothing more.

You are responsible for holding the rights to any image you upload. Uploaded content is processed through a strict allow-list before it is published to your storefront.

Fees and Payment

The App is offered in three tiers, billed monthly through Shopify's billing system:

• Free — $0
• Starter — $0.99 per month
• Pro — $9.99 per month

Prices are shown in the App and in the Shopify App Store listing, and are charged in the currency Shopify bills your store in. Because billing runs through Shopify, charges appear on your Shopify invoice and we never receive or store your payment card details. Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown to you before you confirm the subscription.

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by uninstalling it. Uninstalling ends the subscription going forward; Shopify's own terms govern proration and refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at the address below.

We may change our prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and Shopify requires your approval before any increased charge takes effect.

Service Availability and Changes

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We aim to keep any interruption short, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including its software, design, trademarks, and content — remain the exclusive property of DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App immediately for violation of these Terms, of Shopify's policies, or for unlawful activity. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

When you uninstall, the App stops rendering anything on your storefront and your store's data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
