What we collect

When you submit a demo request, SEO Week deck request, or AI visibility audit, we store: your name, work email, company name, company size, optional preferred meeting date, optional store URL, and the message you share with us.

We also store request metadata: country (from IP, never the IP itself in plaintext — only a salted hash for abuse prevention), user-agent string, referring URL, and timestamps.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, send the requested decks, or produce the requested AI visibility audit. We do not sell, share with third parties, or use the data for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months for support and reporting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@deeplumen.com.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and product interest. Google may set analytics cookies or receive limited usage signals according to its own policies.
